Almost looking like a space alien, this small amulet figure depicts the most peaceful praying pose one could have in neolithic times. Brown in color this standing lady is dressed in a long flared robe, hands folded together graced near its midsection. Her face like a triangle extends half way down her body. A hole carved through its body length wise to use as an amulet. Approximately 2 3/4" high x 3/4" wide. Han Dynasty.

Smooth blackish brown jade, polished by wear. The figure shows a man with a long, pointed beard, wearing a flat cap with an elevation at the back and a long-sleeved gown. An axial perforation from the top bifurcates into drill-holes entering below the sleeve ends. Han(?).
